It is reported that director Nag Ashwin is making a Kalki movie in a modern style by taking inspiration from the story of the incarnation of Kalki in mythology. Senior producer Ashwaneedath is producing this movie under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies with a budget of around six hundred crores. Kalki is one of the big budget movies in the Indian film industry. The movie was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages. It will be dubbed and released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English.

 

The makers have already surprised us with Amitabh Bachchan’s look as Ashwatthama, an Indian mythological figure known for his immortality. In the teaser, Amitabh discusses his life experiences with a small boy. In a unique still, the megastar looks younger while showing glimpses of his life. A mustache and long black hair complete Amitabh Bachchan’s distinctive look.

He wears a shining golden stone on his forehead which grants him immortality. Kalki 2898 Ad starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani has been in the works for some time. Fans are eagerly waiting to see how Santhosh Narayanan’s Kalki Sangeet Orchestrator produced by C Ashwani Dutt under the Vyjayanthi Movies banner will fare at the box office.
